We have extensive experience in this market sector and have always produced the quality required by the end user whether it be for affordable housing, one off bespoke residence or high end properties.

We are able to provide a full construction service (including design if required), which incorporates initial structural works, general building operations through to the final fixtures and fittings.

Our residential portfolio includes new build, refurbishments and mixed use developments. We have successfully carried out works within Listed buildings and in conservation areas. We have produced quality projects for individual Clients, Developers and for Landlords such as The Bedford Estates and Grosvenor Estates.

In addition to the above we are experienced in undertaking more specialised construction techniques required for producing rooftop extensions and deep basement excavations. We have also incorporated swimming pool and sauna areas or home theatres within the newly constructed basement areas.

We pride ourselves on our excellent track record of being able to carry out such residential work, often within highly populated areas or with restricted access, with the minimum disruption to the occupants and neighbours.
